Beautiful views.
If I could give the employees a 12/10, I would! From the front desk, to the bellman, to the valet, to the elevator attendant we received exceptional service.
The room view was acceptable for the Fallsview.

The view from our room was priceless! We got a falls view Jacuzzi room on the 18th floor and it was breathtaking! The size of the room was like a small apartment. It had a sitting room in the entryway before you walked a short hall to the sleeping area.
Pre check in
I wasn't provided with the right information. We didn't even spend the night in hotel but we were still charged for the night. When we tried to sort things out with the manager he was so rude with us.

Love the location! So much to see and do in walking distance! We parked our car offsite for $25 per day.
The staff is extremely kind and helpful. From the front desk to the Tea room and cleaning staff. Everyone was polite and friendly! The rooms were cozy and charming.

Location and staff
I loved everything about this hotel. They upgrades us to a presidential suite which was a very beautiful room.

Absolutely nothing. Paid for a view I didn’t get. The staff was not kind or helpful. I asked for a room above the 9th floor and it could not be accommodated. There was no hot water in the shower and the cleanliness of the room was less than desirable.
The view from the room was excellent
View of the American and Canadian falls from our room on the 15th floor. A love seat was conveniently located at the windows looking at the falls. It is within walking distance of restaurants and attractions including the incline railway.

Clean and comfortable
It was walking distance to practically everything and had a nice view and excellent price. The parking was free. This is important because falls parking is $35. Staff was very helpful. We will be back!

The pool and hot tub were nice but we had to walk outside to get there, we anticipated our stay to be in the main building but that was not the case.
Beautiful room for the price, great views of the city, excellent courteous staff, pool, jacuzzi, sauna awesome. The only thing I didn't like was the hotel didn't have a bar for me to go down and have a late night drink. LOL. Probably for the best. :)

The bathroom was updated and clean, except the toilette seat was broken and the shower had no shlves to hold toilettries, and the bottom of the shower was very slippery and there were no bars to hold onto. This was very dangerous for a senior like me.

Top Tips
- Book your hotel 30-90 days in advance for travel during June to August or long holiday weekends. Room rates often rise for summer weekends and statutory holidays, and Fallsview rooms especially become limited. Securing your booking 30-90 days ahead reduces the risk of last-minute price increases and ensures access to prime Fallsview inventory.
- Room rates in Ontario include a 13% HST, and many hotels add municipal or facility fees at checkout. Always confirm the full breakdown of taxes and fees before you pay, either in the app or by contacting the hotel directly, to understand your total cost.
- Pay in Canadian dollars (CAD) at hotels and casinos to avoid dynamic currency conversion fees or unfavorable USD exchange rates. Using CAD or a credit card with zero foreign transaction fees can save 1-5% compared to accepting DCC.
- Fallsview rooms are priced roughly 20-50% higher than similar rooms without a direct view or those on Clifton Hill. Rooms listed as 'Fallsview' or 'Horseshoe Falls view' offer prominent waterfall views, while Clifton Hill and downtown rooms cost less but are farther from the main attractions.
- Choosing a higher floor or a Falls-north side room provides quieter stays and quick access to top sites like Hornblower Cruises and Table Rock Centre. Fallsview hotels are generally within 200-600 m walking distance to these attractions, and upper floors reduce street and entertainment district noise.
- Onsite parking at most Falls-area hotels costs C$20–C$40 (about $15–$30 USD) per night. Free public parking is limited and fills quickly on busy days, so plan for parking fees and confirm availability in advance.
- Niagara Falls tap water is safe to drink and meets all municipal standards. Bringing a refillable bottle saves money and reduces single-use plastic, which aligns with many hotels’ environmental programs.
- The Hornblower cruise operates from April to November, with embarkation points a 2-10 minute walk from most Table Rock/Fallsview hotels and 8-15 minutes from Clifton Hill area hotels. Check seasonal schedules, especially early or late in the year, as hours may vary.
- Buffalo Niagara International Airport is 30-40 minutes (35 km) from Niagara Falls, while Toronto Pearson Airport is 1.5-1.75 hours (130 km) away. Allow extra time for cross-border waits at the U.S.-Canada border, especially during summer or holiday weekends.
