The view from our room was priceless! We got a falls view Jacuzzi room on the 18th floor and it was breathtaking! The size of the room was like a small apartment. It had a sitting room in the entryway before you walked a short hall to the sleeping area.

The view of the falls was absolutely stunning. The double jacuzzi tub was pure awesomeness, and the bed was super comfy. We were also extremely impressed with the continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and can’t give enough accolades.
Absolutely nothing. Paid for a view I didn’t get. The staff was not kind or helpful. I asked for a room above the 9th floor and it could not be accommodated. There was no hot water in the shower and the cleanliness of the room was less than desirable.

We arrived about an hour and a half prior to check -in the staff allowed us to park and check in without any problems. I had also purchased some online vouchures and needed them printed out. The manager was so helpful and printed everything we needed.
Nothing! Room stunk like dirty sneakers! Noisy! Bugs! Asked for lower floor when called. Did not tell us no kings on first floor. I have asthmas and 2 knees replaced. Air conditioner not working right cycling every 10 to 15 min. I couldn¿t breathe .
