The price for the night was lower than the comparable 3 star hotels nearby. The quality of the room seems to reflect the starts should have been lower. It was mostly clean, but smells were an issue. Breakfast helped with the pricing overall.

This hotel was an excellent choice. The desk clerk was very professional and friendly. The room was very clean. The noise reduction was great. I couldn't hear any neighbors or persons moving about in the hall.

The stay was 100% better than I expected. Morning bkfst was great and the staff, at first when checking in, did not seem friendly, but after unpacking and going out for a meeting, I requested an extra blanket and the front desk lady was very very cordial.
I was greeted by hotel employee when I checked in very friendly and thats hard to find. I stayed in Room 207 and when I opened the door the fresh smell just took me away! The room was decorated really nice and I was able to get the best sleep! I kid you not!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. It's clean. It's very relaxing. I guess the outdoor and indoor area overlooking the lake would be what I like best. But the other things would have to be in place for that to be best.

I was over charged, put in the wrong room, the latch was broken, the door wouldn¿t lock nor shut. All the secure door were propped open and made me feel so unsafe. The staff was not there. I had other people asking me if I worked there.

I absolutely appreciate the staff, front desk, and housekeeping was very kind and did not interrupt my day as I put the do not disturb sign on my door. I got the two queen beds with sofa bed, which is definitely a good price and I had plenty of space

The price for the night was lower than the comparable 3 star hotels nearby. The quality of the room seems to reflect the starts should have been lower. It was mostly clean, but smells were an issue. Breakfast helped with the pricing overall.
Rooms were great and very nice staff.
This hotel was an excellent choice. The desk clerk was very professional and friendly. The room was very clean. The noise reduction was great. I couldn't hear any neighbors or persons moving about in the hall.

THE BED WAS MORE COMFORTABLE THAN ANY HOTEL BED I'VE EVER SLEPT IN. I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO GET UP AND GO TO MY EVENT LOL ?
Turned on waterfall at 10:00 the checkout time the next day ..... after I ask why it was not on the day I arrived and all night long.
