The cleanliness of the room and hotel overall location and staff were helpful.
Location was perfect. Walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do. The hotel restaurant was good and all the restaurants in the general vicinity were very good too. Country music hall of fame was just 2-3 blocks and the live music venues were also 2-3 blocks. Sports arenas were also very close by. Grand Ole Opry was the only time we needed to get a ride. Trolley tour stops are also close to this Hyatt.

Great corner room with balcony, comfortable beds, and nice bathroom. Hotel lobby and restaurant/ bar also wonderful. Lobster risotto and appetizers at bar were amazing.
Excellent hotel with excellent amenities. Would stay here again if was in Nashville. Only a medium walk of lyft ride from the Bars and town centre.

Great hotel loved everything about it. 5.30 kick back was such a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was absolutely perfect—just minutes from great food, entertainment, and even Margaritaville (just a block away). Nissan Stadium was only about a 15-minute walk, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly, and the entire property was clean, bright, and welcoming. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and the bed was fantastic. Breakfast and the evening kick-back were a highlight—great food, plus adults received three complimentary drinks, which we really enjoyed. Overall, we truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

We loved everything about it. The room was very clean and well kept. In room dining was also excellent. We will definitely stay here again.
Great location. The atmosphere is amazing and relaxing. Feels like youre on a resort in parts of it. The rooftop is nice to kick back after going out at night and walking distance from a lot of the main things youd want to do. All the food was great and well thought out. Also a lot of local farm to table items. Portion sizes were appropriate not super heavy. A little expensive on drinks and food side but you give and take in that department.

The Germantown Inn is in a great location - a fun suburb with a lot to see and very close to all the attractions. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was a very nice addition. The rooms were decent, nothing special, but nice and clean. Parking was also easy (unlike the expensive downtown fee's).
The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything in a very quiet and quaint part of town.
Location is excellent. Can walk close by to more than 8 restaurants. 31 in the area. Can walk to free TN History museum and Farmer’s Market - 2 blocks. Free parking on grounds. Street too. Continental quiche muffin fruit breakfast included plus little happy hour each day at 5 pm. Splendid.

Loved the location (close to downtown, but quiet), river view, pool, cleanliness, shower, comfort of the bedding, restaurant guide, and turn-down service. The cleaning staff even texted me one day asking if we wanted our room cleaned despite the ‘Do Not Disturb’ light being activated.

The cleanliness of the room and hotel overall location and staff were helpful.
Location was perfect. Walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do. The hotel restaurant was good and all the restaurants in the general vicinity were very good too. Country music hall of fame was just 2-3 blocks and the live music venues were also 2-3 blocks. Sports arenas were also very close by. Grand Ole Opry was the only time we needed to get a ride. Trolley tour stops are also close to this Hyatt.

Grand and beautiful and good location
The hotel is centrally located and very convenient, within walking distance to downtown and other sites. We had an issue with our flight on arrival and the hotel staff was very understanding and accommodating. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom/shower clean and comfortable to use. The hotel also offers complimentary admission tickets to some sites in town, be sure to inquire.

Great corner room with balcony, comfortable beds, and nice bathroom. Hotel lobby and restaurant/ bar also wonderful. Lobster risotto and appetizers at bar were amazing.

The location was absolutely perfect—just minutes from great food, entertainment, and even Margaritaville (just a block away). Nissan Stadium was only about a 15-minute walk, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly, and the entire property was clean, bright, and welcoming. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and the bed was fantastic. Breakfast and the evening kick-back were a highlight—great food, plus adults received three complimentary drinks, which we really enjoyed. Overall, we truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Great location. The atmosphere is amazing and relaxing. Feels like youre on a resort in parts of it. The rooftop is nice to kick back after going out at night and walking distance from a lot of the main things youd want to do. All the food was great and well thought out. Also a lot of local farm to table items. Portion sizes were appropriate not super heavy. A little expensive on drinks and food side but you give and take in that department.

Memoir is a beautiful property! Classy, upscale lobby/common aRea and amenities (gym, outdoor area/pool). Staff were helpful, professional yet relatable. I believe his name was Mark—fun guy.Our room was awesome with an amazing view of downtown Nashville. It was clean, kitchen with appliances, cookware, and flatware. The Nespresso (with pods, cream and sugar) was a nice touch! Our bed was comfortable. Also loved the bathtub!We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back! We have already told our friends that the Memoir is the nicest (and most reasonably priced) place we’ve stayed in Nashville!
Fantastic facilities, especially the gym - it was an actual gym with free weights up to 75 lbs…lovely. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. The managers, Brittany and Melina, run this place very well. Will stay here again.
This is such a great place. Really exceptional! The rooms are so nice and clean, with everything you need. AC/ temp is perfect. Beds are great! Nice and welcoming staff. Its close to down town. The cleanliness of the room and hotel overall location and staff were helpful.
Location was perfect. Walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do. The hotel restaurant was good and all the restaurants in the general vicinity were very good too. Country music hall of fame was just 2-3 blocks and the live music venues were also 2-3 blocks. Sports arenas were also very close by. Grand Ole Opry was the only time we needed to get a ride. Trolley tour stops are also close to this Hyatt.

Great hotel loved everything about it. 5.30 kick back was such a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was absolutely perfect—just minutes from great food, entertainment, and even Margaritaville (just a block away). Nissan Stadium was only about a 15-minute walk, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly, and the entire property was clean, bright, and welcoming. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and the bed was fantastic. Breakfast and the evening kick-back were a highlight—great food, plus adults received three complimentary drinks, which we really enjoyed. Overall, we truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

The Germantown Inn is in a great location - a fun suburb with a lot to see and very close to all the attractions. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was a very nice addition. The rooms were decent, nothing special, but nice and clean. Parking was also easy (unlike the expensive downtown fee's).

Loved the location (close to downtown, but quiet), river view, pool, cleanliness, shower, comfort of the bedding, restaurant guide, and turn-down service. The cleaning staff even texted me one day asking if we wanted our room cleaned despite the ‘Do Not Disturb’ light being activated.

Excellent location!! 2 minute walk to Broadway. Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Industrial style interior, therefore not very soundproof. On Friday night we heard the drums from the downstairs club quite clearly. Be aware!! You have to find and pay for parking. We managed to find a nearby garage that was reasonably priced. This can add $80 a day. Otherwise a really cool place to stay.
Rooms were very spacious. No windows in ours but didn’t retract from them. Didn’t feel enclosed and in fact prevented any noise from the outside for a great nights sleep. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Great location. The atmosphere is amazing and relaxing. Feels like youre on a resort in parts of it. The rooftop is nice to kick back after going out at night and walking distance from a lot of the main things youd want to do. All the food was great and well thought out. Also a lot of local farm to table items. Portion sizes were appropriate not super heavy. A little expensive on drinks and food side but you give and take in that department.

The cleanliness of the room and hotel overall location and staff were helpful.
Location was perfect. Walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do. The hotel restaurant was good and all the restaurants in the general vicinity were very good too. Country music hall of fame was just 2-3 blocks and the live music venues were also 2-3 blocks. Sports arenas were also very close by. Grand Ole Opry was the only time we needed to get a ride. Trolley tour stops are also close to this Hyatt.

The location was absolutely perfect—just minutes from great food, entertainment, and even Margaritaville (just a block away). Nissan Stadium was only about a 15-minute walk, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly, and the entire property was clean, bright, and welcoming. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and the bed was fantastic. Breakfast and the evening kick-back were a highlight—great food, plus adults received three complimentary drinks, which we really enjoyed. Overall, we truly loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

We loved everything about it. The room was very clean and well kept. In room dining was also excellent. We will definitely stay here again.
Great location. The atmosphere is amazing and relaxing. Feels like youre on a resort in parts of it. The rooftop is nice to kick back after going out at night and walking distance from a lot of the main things youd want to do. All the food was great and well thought out. Also a lot of local farm to table items. Portion sizes were appropriate not super heavy. A little expensive on drinks and food side but you give and take in that department.

The Germantown Inn is in a great location - a fun suburb with a lot to see and very close to all the attractions. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was a very nice addition. The rooms were decent, nothing special, but nice and clean. Parking was also easy (unlike the expensive downtown fee's).
