This hotel is relatively small, which gives it a nice cozy feel. Parking is super convenient and accessible. The woman working the front counter during the day (presumably the manager) was extremely friendly and accommodating.

I loved the staff. She was very friendly at check in and when we seen her in the morning she asked us if we needed a late checkout just let her know. We have never been asked this.

I went to check in very late at night and was informed that I had booked a room for the next night. The front desk was so considerate and found me a room for the night and was very polite about it. The rooms for both nights were very clean.

There for a medical procedure and they were very accommodating and so kind and thoughtful. I could not have asked for a more perfect fit for our needs on this trip. Really lovely and thoughtful staff.

I went to check in very late at night and was informed that I had booked a room for the next night. The front desk was so considerate and found me a room for the night and was very polite about it. The rooms for both nights were very clean.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel ..especially a Best Western in my life. The front desk person (younger female) was humiliating and despicable.
