I selected this hotel for the location which was fabulous, and for the corporate name which was a mistake.
Best location, friendly stuff.

Location is incredibly convenient.
The staff is very good.
Very clean. Modern amenities. Great staff. We arrived early so our room wasn?t ready so the gentleman at the desk upgraded our room for free so we could check in early. Perfect place if you like shopping. There?s a mall connected to the building.

Everything's about this hotel was top notch. Great room, updated, extremely clean, attentive staff, every detail was amazing. Would never stay anywhere else in Tel Aviv ever again. This hotel should be the example all others follow.
That it was on the beach but it's not the only one so...

Reasonably Priced for a hotel in Tel Aviv + a good location. The room was comfortable and they provided a nice continental breakfast. Also access to coffee and tea service in the afternoons. Good access to the beach, 2 blocks away with towel service.
The decor was interesting and unique. The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning very good. In general very comfortable and clean and better than expected.

Staff was friend and efficient. The room clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had great pressure.
Quiet, good breakfast,
Not a 5 star hotel at all more like a 4 star hotel, rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Location was great a 5 minute walk to Savidor Center Train/bus Station.

this hotel was wonderful. The location is across the street from the beach. A nice breakfast is available. The ceiling in the room was wallpapered with beautiful nature scenery. Rina and Ila provided great service. We would stay there again.

Top Tips
- Use the train from Ben Gurion Airport to reach Tel Aviv Savidor (Central) Station in approximately 18 minutes for 16–22 ILS (about $15–$20 USD), which helps you avoid city traffic. Platform signage is in both English and Hebrew for easy wayfinding; check train schedules if arriving late or during major holidays.
- Plan for public transport gaps from Friday sunset to Saturday night due to Shabbat, as most trains and buses pause service. Arrange private transfers or confirm taxi availability in advance; hotel concierges can assist with taxi partners or in-house transport options during this period.
- Expect security screening with bag checks at hotel entrances, which may take 2–8 extra minutes during peak times. Arrive without rushing, especially if traveling with children or groups, and carry your ID and booking confirmation to speed entry.
- Bring a Type H (230V) plug adapter, since boutique or historic properties often use only Type H outlets. Many hotels offer loaner adapters at the front desk if you forget to bring one.
- Tel Aviv municipal tap water is potable and meets local health standards. Carry a refillable bottle to reduce plastic waste; hotel rooms and lobbies often provide refill stations, and boiling water may be available on request for infant or health needs.
- VAT at 17% is included in Israel hotel rates and is not refundable on accommodation; refunds apply only to exported goods. Some foreign passport holders may qualify for a VAT exemption if presenting documentation, so check your booking policy.
- Expect a refundable credit card hold or deposit of 200–400 ILS (about $15–$30 USD) for incidentals on arrival. These holds are typically released several days after check-out, but confirm your card’s release time with your bank.
- Hotel room rates increase 25–50% during June–August and Jewish holidays like Passover or Sukkot, so book 30–60+ days in advance to secure lower prices. Concierge services can also help with restaurant or holiday event reservations during peak periods.
- For remote work, verify actual Wi-Fi bandwidth and ask about quiet workspaces or high-floor guestrooms away from road noise (typically best between 09:00–18:00). Inquire if business centers or co-working partnerships are available through the hotel.
- Many boutique or Bauhaus hotels in Tel Aviv’s White City lack elevators or step-free access. Request guaranteed accessible rooms or step-free entry during booking; larger international chains are more likely to provide accessible features and visual alarms.
- Choosing a hotel on or just off the Tayelet (coastal promenade) places you within 2–3 km (a 25–35 minute walk) of Carmel Market and central neighborhoods. Ask about hotel bike rentals or local guided tours to make the most of the promenade.
- Ask if your hotel holds recognized sustainability certifications like Green Key or Green Globe, and request information on water- or energy-saving measures or linen reuse at booking. Also, look for in-room recycling and digital guest guides as further eco-friendly initiatives.
