The location was perfect for my purpose as it was right next door to the University of Miami medical facility. The room was spacious and comfortable.

This hotel was disgusting. Two out of two rooms we asked to change and still got from bad to worse. What was harder to stomach is that the hotel does not own their gross environment. Will post pictures soon. Horrible experience.

There was absolutely nothing I liked about the hotel. The front desk clerk was close about where to go to breakfast, where the best location to enter for the hotel room. She was oblivious to any of our concerns.

nothing, hotel was unsafe with faulty lights, locks, doors, and air conditioner. Many homeless on property, extremely dirty both in the room, walkways, and halls. Trash in unsecured bags on the ground floor, evidence of rodents everywhere.

Nothing the hotel was in a really bad condition, the smell was like literally something was dead before. Also some of the guest had all the look that they were smoking crack ¿no kidding ¿, I lost $--- because nobody was able to help me to switch the hotel

Booked here last minute and was very pleased with everything! Clerk who checked me in was very friendly and funny. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom spacious and clean also. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice safe location.
