Nothing best , they take advantage for NRI
Nice location and nice hotel experience
Location - very close to the airport. Customer service is subpar for a ¿5 star¿ hotel. Check in agents speak rudely in Hindi to each other right in front of you when they think you don¿t understand the language.

The best part of the hotel was the bed was so comfortable and I really liked the room service. The food was good and affordable.
Staff were knowledgeable and the travel desk took care of the hassle of getting a phone SIM card set up which was more involved than I had expected. Rooftop breakfast is available for convenience which is nice as well. The room itself was very nice.

It had the common Indian bathroom in which there is not a separate shower or even shower curtain but the shower floods the rest of the bathroom. Splashes also get on the toilet. Thus, the bathroom is to be avoided until it dries.

The location -- close to Old Delhi sightseeing.
Staff are very professional and gracious. Location is less chaotic being on edge of old dehli. Yet still very much in the setting one expects there. Bedding is somewhat old. But otherwise clean and what you expect for location and star rating.

Top Tips
- Utilize the Airport Express Line for airport-city transfers; travel time is typically 16-22 minutes from IGI Terminal 3 to New Delhi station, saving 45-90 minutes during peak road congestion. Some upscale hotels offer scheduled or paid airport transfers, so check if your hotel provides this service as an alternative.
- Expect severe winter air pollution from November through February, with AQI often spiking above 200. Consider hotels that explicitly claim HEPA filtration or offer in-room air purifiers, and review international chain hotel websites to compare posted air quality measures before booking.
- Choose your New Delhi hotel by location trade-off: Aerocity offers under 20-minute airport access, Connaught Place provides direct metro links to business hubs, while Paharganj offers the lowest nightly rates but with higher noise and petty-theft reports.
- Do not drink tap water; verify the hotel's bottled water policy upon booking, as many 3–5-star hotels include 1–2 complimentary bottles per room while guesthouses may charge. Always check that each bottle is properly sealed when you arrive.
- For taxis from IGI Airport, use official pre-paid counters or app services like Ola or Uber to avoid fare disputes; for street auto-rickshaws, insist on the meter or negotiate a fixed fare before your ride. Look for “Pre-paid Taxi” signs in the arrivals area before exiting baggage claim.
- Book your hotel 4-8 weeks in advance for travel between October and January (Diwali, wedding season, New Year, Republic Day) to avoid significant last-minute price increases and ensure availability.
- Request inner-facing or higher-floor rooms (typically floor 3 or above) to reduce traffic, market, and temple loudspeaker noise common in Old Delhi and central bazaars, which can improve sleep quality. In upper-tier hotels, check if double-glazing is available for further noise reduction.
- If you require Jain or specific religious dietary options, request these 24-48 hours in advance during booking or by email, as many Delhi hotels can meet these needs.
- For reliable Wi-Fi and workspace, prefer 4-5-star and business hotels in areas like Connaught Place, Aerocity, and Saket, which commonly advertise wired or Wi-Fi speeds of 50-200+ Mbps. Premium hotels also often provide access to business centers or meeting spaces if you need them.
- If sustainability is a priority, filter for hotels with official green certifications like LEED, IGBC, or GreenKey, as these properties are more likely to follow water conservation and linen-reuse policies. Look for posted certifications on hotel websites or lobby displays for added assurance.
