Clean hotel in an excellent location, 2 blocks from the main Atocha train station and 1 block from the Madrid Metro line. Hotel was very clean, had a lovely bathroom and the wifi worked. Easy walking distance to Prado & key museums. Walkable to Gran Via.
The location was great, it is close to many fun sites and we were able to walk to the train station. The staff at the front desk were so friendly. The rooms are nice size and the bathroom was private. Also, double head shower.

Staff was most helpful, especially when my fell ill. They quickly helped with locating a doctor who came in to see her. They also offered to let us extend our checkout time for more than 2 hours so that she could rest more.
