Absolutely nothing. Paid for a view I didn’t get. The staff was not kind or helpful. I asked for a room above the 9th floor and it could not be accommodated. There was no hot water in the shower and the cleanliness of the room was less than desirable.

View of the American and Canadian falls from our room on the 15th floor. A love seat was conveniently located at the windows looking at the falls. It is within walking distance of restaurants and attractions including the incline railway.

I wasn't provided with the right information. We didn't even spend the night in hotel but we were still charged for the night. When we tried to sort things out with the manager he was so rude with us.
I've beeen transfered to the Hilton and the Oaks hotel didin't asked to me if i want to go there, so i didin't stay at the Oaks. I choosen the Oaks for the view over the falls and i didint had the same view from the Hilton. I drove 7 hours for this view
Unfortunately we were called the day before our trip and told the hotel had plumbing issues. They made a new reservation for the same price at The Hilton nearby. It was nice they took care of it for us and we weren't charged any more.

The location is excellent, from our window we could see the ferris wheel, a fiery volcano and a few other attractions, but the noise level was fine. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go with our two young kids. Our room was clean and comfy.

We arrived about an hour and a half prior to check -in the staff allowed us to park and check in without any problems. I had also purchased some online vouchures and needed them printed out. The manager was so helpful and printed everything we needed.
Nothing! Room stunk like dirty sneakers! Noisy! Bugs! Asked for lower floor when called. Did not tell us no kings on first floor. I have asthmas and 2 knees replaced. Air conditioner not working right cycling every 10 to 15 min. I couldn¿t breathe .
