The provided breakfast was good but the dining room was very crowded. Find a seating place was a challenge even with the overflow room provided. The staff coped as best they could.

This free breakfast hotel is a no-frills option with limited amenities. It’s a great choice if you’re busy and don’t plan to stay in the hotel much. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options are good. Great free shuttle to YVR Airport

The staff were awesome.. and the updated (its been a long time since we stayed here) rooms are nice. Location is pretty good. The big soaker tub was lovely, but a bit dangerous with the slippery step, and you couldn't reach the soap, and no bar soap.
Bed was very comfortable. For being so close to the airport, the room was surprisingly quiet (couldn't hear/feel the planes taking off in the room, but could outside) although you can hear other rooms doors closing.

We were on the backside from a busy road so it was very quiet for us. Also the heavy drapes allowed it to be very dark at night, making it good for sleeping. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean.

Location on Granville Island, on the water. Excellent view and spacious room. Really liked the vaulted ceiling and it was a nice perk to have a microwave. Also enjoyed the dry sauna. Thankful to be able to bring our dog and park our car.

I called the hotel ahead of time and asked if both rooms that I had booked could be on the same floor and as close to each other as possible . The 2 rooms were on the same floor with only one room between them.

The location was the best part, but having access to the hot tub, steam room, and sometimes the pool (as there are times when there is no access to any of the lanes in the pool) was lovely for starting or ending our day.
