Everything was nervy to walk or uber.
It is 5 min from the beach and across from Walgreens which is very convenient. It is also a street away from a major street with lots of food options and not far from the airport. The staff are amazing and the shared patio is a huge plus.

This hotel?s location is the most beneficial for anyone who is traveling on a budget. It?s literally steps from the beach, steps from 2 24 hours convenience store as well as a slew of restaurants, and a free bus into old San Juan. Staff is excellent.

The pictures that I saw were deceiving, nothing like the actual room. The room was for 7 or 8 people,the furniture didn¿t look clean, kitchen looked like it was falling apart. The room was more for young people wanting to crash after partying all night

Beautiful hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and let me check in at 9am. The pool is open 24 hrs, is on the top floor and is gorgeous with a great view. Hotel is in the middle of Old San Juan right by the street with the colorful umbrellas.

The swim up pool bar and staff was very nice and the food across the street at the other Hilton was very good. The only food served was at the outside patio pool bar.

Rooms were huge and the bathrooms beautiful. There's a lot to see and many activities in the surrounding area. There are Uber locations for pickup clearly defined. It's also very convenient - about 20 min drive to SJU.
I didn¿t like anything about this hotel. It was not a good experience.

The place was unbelievably clean. It would be ideal if one rented a car. Without a car...there were restaurants reasonably close. It was in a residential area. There were drug addicts on the street nearby....but someone told me they are very respectful

Hotel undergoing some renovations but we were not affected by anything. The room was clean & bed was comfy. Front desk clerk was very helpful as there was some confusion about payment of resort fee but everything was fine & fee was not double paid.

The hotel staff were so kind and welcoming. I got to the hotel early, and while I was waiting for the room to be ready one of the staff gave me water since it was so hot out. The hotel also has a business next door and held my luggage after I checked out.
