This hotel was very convenient for us. 12 minute walk to our convention at the Toyota Center. Nomads lounge was perfect for a quick meal and cold beverage, and breakfast each morning was perfect for us before our meetings.
The staff at the front desk was amazing.

The place has potential because the rooms are big but needs to be updated and overall 100% clean/desinfected. I used a towel to open/close the faucets, they are terribly cover of years of germs and filthynes a risk for handiness healths.
Nothing!!! This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had!! Someone¿s car alarm went off from 1 - 4 am!!! The staff did nothing!!!! Horrible!!

Staff was wonderful. Really appreciated the baggies of food for our early morning flight. Even though we were leaving very early, transportation to the airport was a breeze. The staff was very accommodating with my request for my toddler as well.
