Location and size of room
The place has potential because the rooms are big but needs to be updated and overall 100% clean/desinfected. I used a towel to open/close the faucets, they are terribly cover of years of germs and filthynes a risk for handiness healths.
Nothing!!! This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had!! Someone¿s car alarm went off from 1 - 4 am!!! The staff did nothing!!!! Horrible!!

The activities they provided and the breakfast area was great. The kids had their choices of playing pool, pingpong, foosball, and even video games. The pool looks great however, it was too cold for us to use this time.

Top Tips
- Book Kennewick hotel rooms 2-3 months before July events such as the Tri-Cities Water Follies to secure rates up to 25% lower than last-minute summer prices, when demand rises significantly. Early bookings allow access to a wider range of room types, including accessible and connecting rooms where available.
- Hotels near the Columbia Center mall and I-82/US-395 in northern Kennewick offer the largest selection of chain brands and 24-hour amenities. Compare rates in these areas, as they are often lower than riverfront properties, and confirm step-free or ramp access for full accessibility.
- Plan to rent a car while in Kennewick, as Ben Franklin Transit buses may run as infrequently as once per hour outside peak times, making driving more practical for most trips. Book car rentals early if you need larger vehicles or accessible models, since availability may be limited.
- July temperatures in Kennewick average about 95°F (35°C). Request a room with confirmed working air conditioning and consider an east-facing room for cooler afternoons if you are sensitive to heat.
- Check that your Kennewick hotel includes free onsite parking and, if needed, a shuttle to Tri-Cities Airport (PSC) or Columbia Park events. Request written confirmation of shuttle times and accessibility features, particularly if you will use a wheelchair or stroller.
- Kennewick's tap water is generally safe to drink. If you need hypoallergenic bedding, kitchen access, or accessible bathroom features, request these directly from your hotel when booking to ensure your needs are met.
- Tri-Cities Airport (PSC) in Pasco is 9-11 miles (15-18 km) from central Kennewick, or a 15-20 minute drive. Confirm airport shuttle availability and step-free boarding directly with your hotel before finalizing your booking.
