The proprieters were friendly, the grounds were nice (gardens, gazebo, sitting area, etc.), and the rooms were some of the best we have experienced from a B&B. If you are going to Llano or the area, I would hightly recommend.

Incredible and scenic grounds make this resort a must see. Amazing golf venue with three spectacular courses and an 18-hole putting course. Very attentive staff and a well-appointed room with oversized towels.
The rooms were great. We were just there over night but the whole place was beautiful.
