Room was never cleaned trash was only addressed no essentials were replaced when needed you would think when trash was taken they would replenish the every day soap or coffee never swept or vacuumed had a dead cricket in the bathroom not satisfied

The staff was so friendly attentive and courteous. Room, linen and restroom were clean, you could tell everything was disinfected, lighting was perfect. Wifi service was good.

The ladies at the check in desk the afternoon of 6/15/23 were so sweet. They were knowledgeable of the area and helped answer questions about Alice. I was in town to try and find my great-great-grandfathers headstone at the local cemetery.

Having a nice breakfast was great! We were in town (San Diego, Tx.) for a funeral. Not having to go out and about looking for some place to eat was awesome!
The gentleman at check in was extremely helpful when I asked for a late check out the next day. He made the check in and checkout process as painless as possible! Very friendly as well.

Affordability and location. The hotel/motel was built in the mid-20th century. Don't let the rough exterior dissuade you from staying here. The rooms are old but have been remodeled/refreshed. The AC worked. There is no carpet to hide unwanted guests.
