- The location was good. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff
- Design and location , friendly staff ( what little there was)
- Good on both.
Cons -
- The linens were full of static electricity. Could not sleep on them, remo ed them, and just used comforter
- Not well managed, elevator out, no tea or coffee in lobby even though it was freezing outside, understaffed not enough knowledgeable people around to sort customers out if they have issues
- Neither juice or coffee machines worked.

There was no breakfast even though I got there on time, no plates, no silverware & and the room was humid.
