The manager was up and asking how people's breakfast were first thing in the morning with a suit and tie and a smile, helping out. Fronk desk asked if I needed anything else for my room when I called. Above and beyond.

The location was very good. It was only 30 minutes from our event. The area was extremely safe and secure. There was a huge selection of restaurants available within 2 miles of the hotel.

The breakfast was NOT up standard. They were putting away food for breakfast Early and ran out of milk ,just a complete disaster.
The room was like the picture described. The quality of the bed and pillows provided great comfort. The bathroom was super clean. When we needed extra towels and wash clothes were provided. Some toiletries we forgot were also provided when asked for.

We chose it because it had been a lifesaver after we needed to change hotels from a bad Quality Inn a couple years ago. We remembered it being stellar then, and staff was still friendly, but we were disappointed to see it'd merged with Choice.
