I like nothing about the hotel. It's smells, not clean and the address says Dayton but the hotel is in Centerville
Room was clean. Breakfast better than normal.

The bed, shower, towels and overall room was very good and met or exceeded my expectations
We chose it because it had been a lifesaver after we needed to change hotels from a bad Quality Inn a couple years ago. We remembered it being stellar then, and staff was still friendly, but we were disappointed to see it'd merged with Choice.
Quiet location but still close to highway, restaurants, and shopping. Newly renovated and fresh.

Top Tips
- Book your hotel at least 60-90 days before high-demand events like the July Air Show to avoid rate increases of 30-50%, or $15 more per night. For major local festivals and sporting events, compare flexible rate options and check for advance purchase deals.
- Expect to pay 13-17% in combined taxes on your Dayton hotel stay: 7-10% Ohio state sales tax and 6-7% local occupancy tax, turning a $15 night into $15 to $17. Review your final rate for a detailed taxes and fees breakdown before booking.
- Consider hotels in Oakwood or Centerville neighborhoods, which report property crime rates 20-30% lower than downtown. Enjoy safe, walkable access to local restaurants and shops within 0.5 mi of most properties in these areas.
- Check that your hotel Wi-Fi offers speeds between 50-100 Mbps and ask if backup generators maintain 95% uptime, especially during storm season when outages can last 1-2 hours. Ask staff for assistance with connectivity needs on arrival.
- Request step-free access and an accessible room when booking; 80-90% of Dayton hotels meet ADA guidelines, though only 60% have elevator service on every floor. Confirm step-free or elevator access directly with the hotel after reserving if required.
