The staff was extremely friendly and the views from the rooms of Lake Erie provided extremely picturesque sunset opportunities. The hotel market had very interesting and useful items, including wonderful health juices. They had an immaculate gym

Location, Staff
Location and price were great
It's right off of the Red Line. It was too easy! A $3 10 minute ride on the train from the airport, and a 2 minute walk are all you need. Also, if you're flying? they have a FREE shuttle that they'll schedule for you.

I liked the location
The front desk attendant named Anthony. He went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure my stress at was as comfortable as possible after my check in (from other staff members) was a disaster. I believe he should be the manager. He's was Awesome!

The location that I needed it was close to Cleveland Clinic it was the cheapest hotel and it didn't charge for the parking which was awesome. And the staff has always been friendly every time I've been there.

Excellent location, clean, quiet. Staff was great, breakfast was good.
Good size rooms, couch in room was excellent bonus that many other hotels no longer offer. Decor is stylish. The parking garage is next door. The room I was given had an awful view and the sound-proofing was super poor which made resting at night hard.
Location was a the best part. Within a shopping center and close to several attractions.

Top Tips
- Ride the GCRTA Red Line from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) to Tower City Center in 25-30 minutes for about $2.50 USD one-way. Trains stop steps from most major downtown hotels; if arriving after 22:00, confirm train schedules to avoid delays.
- Rates often rise up to 40% for Browns games, playoffs, or concerts, so book 6-12 weeks in advance. For Cavs or Guardians regular-season games, secure rooms 2-6 weeks out to access more options and better prices; compare rates across dates to maximize savings.
- Stay in University Circle for walking access to the Cleveland Museum of Art and botanical gardens; it's 10-15 minutes from downtown by car or transit. Many major chains offer special museum packages, so ask about current offers when booking.
- Choose accommodation within 0.5-1.0 miles (a 5-15 minute walk) of West Side Market in Ohio City. Many area hotels offer breakfast and local dining tips; ask reception for culinary event recommendations during your stay.
- Expect overnight parking at most downtown hotels to cost $20-$40 USD per night. Check for stay-and-park packages, or consider public transit if arriving without a car to save on parking fees.
- Chain hotels in downtown and University Circle are more likely to offer accessible, step-free rooms and visual alarms. Smaller Ohio City or Tremont B&Bs may have stairs, so contact your hotel directly before booking to confirm ADA features.
- Prepare for Cleveland’s winters, with January lows averaging 20-25°F (-7 to -4°C), and humid summers with July highs in the low 80s°F. Many hotels offer coat checks and shuttle service; ask about local transit or weather packages during your stay.
