The luggage staff and the room service staff went above and beyond helping meet our needs. They are the rock stars at Bally's! I also did like the look, feel, space, view of our room a lot and the fact that it didn't smell like smoke.

The lady that checked me in was sooooo nice. I was so tired, I don¿t remember her name. I was only there for about 4 hours (12a-5a), long layover, and just needed some sleep. A dog was barking in the room beside me and she moved me asap so I could sleep.

It was a 15min walk straight down to the strip which I liked because it was easy to drive in/out away from all the strip traffic. Not to bad of a walk and not crowded busy walking to/from the hotel. Also like they take cash deposit given back at checkout
