We were up that way for a wedding. What a great gem of a B & B. Hosts were warm and welcoming. This hotel is the BEST located out of all of the choices for the strip of North Conway and all the shops and restaurants. Walkable.
Don't wonder if we're very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was awesome! By far what I liked the best was there two dogs I felt right at home .
Hosts are really sweet and helpful. Gave a lot of recommendations and their pets were probably my favorite part. Breakfast was really really good too. Other guests friendly too!

Top Tips
- Expect a 9% New Hampshire Meals & Rooms Tax on hotel and most vacation rental rates. Always confirm the total, including taxes, before booking to compare offers accurately.
- Explore tax-free shopping at Settlers’ Green outlets; most major retailers are open daily and are located within a 10-15 minute walk or accessible shuttle from many North Conway hotels.
- Reserve rooms 30-90 days ahead for autumn foliage (late September to mid October) and major winter holidays, when many hotels reach full capacity. Check if flexible cancellation policies are available for travel-date changes.
- Choose North Conway village hotels for access within 10-15 minutes on foot to Settlers’ Green outlets and Cranmore Mountain base facilities. During peak seasons, check for seasonal shuttle schedules or accessible walking routes if needed.
- Request a ground-floor or accessible room with elevator access when booking historic B&Bs, as many are converted Victorian houses with limited step-free entry or internal lifts.
- Check your motel or inn’s on-site parking limits and winter snow-removal plans, especially before major storms. Ask about nearby overflow lots or municipal restrictions during peak snowfall.
- Download offline map apps like Google Maps before exploring scenic routes such as Kancamagus Highway, as cell coverage is unreliable outside the central village. Some hotels may offer paper road maps upon request.
- Review your hotel’s pet policy before booking, as nightly fees typically range $15-$75 per pet and some properties limit breeds or sizes. Check if amenities like bowls or beds can be reserved on request.
- Take the Conway Scenic Railroad and seasonal shuttle services for transport between village attractions. Advance reservations are recommended, especially for train seats during autumn foliage or peak weekends.
- Bring insect repellent for outdoor activities. Black flies are common May-June, and mosquitoes peak July-August. Ask if your hotel provides repellent at reception or offers screened outdoor seating for guest comfort.
