Rooms were clean and neat as was the bathroom. There were quite a few dogs. Kitchen area was clean. There were kids running up and down the halls but all in all it was quiet after 10pm. Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful.

There are so many things I appreciate about this hotel. Upon entry, The lobby was clean and the staff helpful and amazing!! The room was spotless and very accommodating. It was also very quiet, considering it was a weekend and seemed like a full house.

This hotel is disgusting in every way a hotel can be dirty. Trash and dog poop in the hallway BY THE DOOR TO THE ROOMS, drug addicts sleeping in their cars in the parking lot , broken down vehicles that have clearly been there for a long time.

Location. It was extremely close to our trip destination to Worlds of Fun. It was just a few minutes to get there.
The room was fairly clean. I dont understand reviews saying things were discusting. Yes all could be updated... there was a breakfast but never went to it as well.
Seemed clean except for a rick hard chunk of donut by the fridge. It was quiet, i slept. It served is purpose.

The rooms are spacious with a full kitchen. This is great when traveling with children to save from having to eat out every meal the breakfast (free)and the friendly staff made our stay excellent.

The feeling of safety and having the restaurants, businesses across the street. We used to stay by the Plaza and the crime and congestion is ridiculous. We stay here for horse shows at the American Royal and driving a little further is totally worth it

Location can’t be beat!! Loved the corner room view as well!! I was nervous after booking and then reading a few reviews… I must say we found the hotel to be extremely clean, and the staff beyond pleasant from valet to front desk to the speak easy!!
