Got here super late, Was driving all night said they already did night audit and marked us no show without a call. Didn?t want to give us our room that we paid for. Eventually got the room but double charged us.

Pet friendly hotel that doesn't break the bank. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. The room was good sized and had recently been renovated. Extra large hot tub and nice pool area.
Everything in the room was very clean. If I had to complain about something, I'd say the bed was a bit too firm, but no complaints. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone looking to stay in Fergus Falls.

Spa Pool Areas was very nice. Staff was very helpful and straight forward. They gave a good selection of local restaurants and Blackboard was great. Rooms and hotel seemed very clean. Breakfast was prepared well.

THE ROOMS WERE VERY NICE AND CLEAN AND THE SPA IS GREAT
We landed as a group from everywhere. The hotel was so accommodating. Staff made an excellent service effort. Coffee (?) and cookies for us always available. The pool was warm enough for older people to swim comfortably & hot tub ? hot. Very clean.
