The breakfast was miserable. Waffle maker was broken, cereal was stale, eggs and sausage were cold and slimy. We grabbed a plate to go and ended up throwing most of it away. Just the worst kind of hotel breakfast!

Our bathroom floor, toilet and shower were incredibly dirty upon arrival. Hair of all kinds, spiders, soap sludge, scum, broken tiles, you name it! I wore my shoes in the shower. The provided shampoo and conditioner bottles were probably 1 tbsp combined.

Pool was advertised, but has been closed for very long time when you read reviews. That’s the main reason we booked this place. Screws in walls, old towel racks. Smelly room, hair in tub/sink. Moldy in bathroom. Half used shampoo/lotion in bathrooms. Breakfast didn’t have the basics, couldn’t find milk for cereal. Did not live up to what you’d expect from a Quality Inn. Did not tell us that rooms were not cleaned each day, which would have been ok if we were told at check in. Also, my card was used for someone else’s booking, and it took days to fix in my account. It was our first family outing in over a year and so disappointing.

Breakfast Nice daytime staff.

Vending machines not working.Swimming pool closed. Front desk person always in the back. Had to wait awhile for them or another staff had to get them. Confusion about reservation or room keyes the morning after checking in.Need to label waffle mix.
