This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. They have thought through every part of your experience. This “apartment style” hotel combines the best both worlds of Air BnB and traditional hotels.
the hotel was in a great location-with lots of excellent dining options within. It has a beautiful lobby with lovely attention to detail everywhere. Lots of nice amenities-fresh coffee beans with a grinder and pot made wonderful coffee!

This hotel staff was rude. Very not professional or accommodating. I asked if I could have a space for a 1/2 meeting for work and they wanted $2,000. They said my daughter , who is 17, could go to the steakhouse go there and they say no.
The room was a decent size and the bathroom was clean (can't say for sure about the carpets LOL). The pool/spa was really nice! Spa staff were lovely & welcoming. But IMHO, this hotel is overpriced unless you are a player.

The location and the feeling of luxury. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. I LOVE that the windows are operable - access to fresh air is SO important for avoiding mildew and helping to prevent the spread of illness.
The aesthetic was very satisfying. Rooms were spacious with very high ceilings and a water closet in the bathroom. Loved that Shinola speakers were in room for great listening to our music.
