I went to the hotel 23years ago. It changed names, but pool tables are there pool. It was nice to be there again

Location for climbing Katahdin. Owner and manager were nice. Got a small discount when I told them about the shower backing up, etc. I think they are trying to make this place functional but it needs more work.
Perfect for our white water rafting trip-close to the ase camp.

The staff person was friendly, personable, and gave us some good info about the area. It was near our destination. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants. Check out was simple.
The hotel was very accommodating during the one night stay. Not like typical hotels. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The rooms were clean and nice. Person shoutout to the owner Jeff who found my lost wallet.
Clean. Pretty easy to drive to Baxter State Park about 45min. Cant hear restaurant when in room, closes at 9pm. Staff was overwhelmed with checking in hotel and serving people, but were friendly.
