It was what I expected
The indoor pool and hot tub
The staff was wonderful and super accommodating but they could not make up for the utterly deplorable conditions: mold in the tubs, one of the sinks didn't drain, the carpets were crusty and there was a nasty smell in the first room we were assigned.

haven't been there in a couple of years and found they finally added refrigerator
Room was very nice and sparkling Clean. Parking was very easy.
It's very clean, and extremely quiet, which a lot of hotels are not. For it to be a casino where the rooms are it is very peaceful, and you can never hear people in the hallways. I also enjoyed playing slots in the casino while I was there.

Room was very clean and the staff found a piece of equipment I had mistakenly left behind and returned it to me before I checked out.
Friendliness and generosity of free offers like a bag of snacks in which there r small gestures of generous gifts. Good promotions for food companies which sell them in the future. Good marketing

Staff are welcoming, rooms are clean, and the scenery is beautiful. The hotel is right off the interstate and yet it is quiet. I stay here every time we come up to see family. They offer coffee 24hrs in the lobby even though your room has coffee pot.

Location close to Acadia. Waterfront! Totally remodeled!
The hotel was oversold and they “walked”/moved me to the West Street Hotel right in the heart of the village on the water. Much better location, boutique style, didn’t need to use my car at all.
The hotel ?upgraded? us to a ?suite? in the stone house (which was beautiful).

Not much great to say about this hotel. The room was not ready when we arrived. The hotel needs alot of repairs to the the exterior hallways and stairs. The condition of the overall property is very deceiving from the pictures posted online.

The location of this hotel couldn't be beat! An easy walk to downtown and a super quick drive to Acadia National Park had everything we wanted at our fingertips. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting.
This hotel is a great option for Bar Harbor. The staff was great, it was spotlessly clean, parking was convenient, very walkable to many places. The bed in my room did need to be replaced soon but it was reasonable. The light continental breakfast ok.

- Select a hotel within 1-1.5 miles of Main Street to access over 30 restaurants and pubs by foot, reducing the need for taxis or rideshares.
- Most major Bangor hotels offer Wi-Fi speeds of 50-150 Mbps for basic remote work or streaming. Confirm speeds with your hotel if you require uninterrupted video calls or large uploads.
