Very clean Very comfortable bed.
The privacy
This was an amazing hotel! It seemed to be either new or recently renovated. It was much better than any other Motel 6 I've ever stayed in.

Beautiful quiet setting with many hiking and walking paths. Very nice outdoor areas with swim pool, tennis courts, golf course and pickleball courts all close by.
This is a true temple to the tree and we have stayed more than once with real pleasure. The Arbor Day Foundation, which owns the property, is impressive. The lobby, the view, the room, the lounge and the staff were all wonderful.
Most romantic getaway I¿ve stayed at in a long time.

Quiet. Close to Lincoln, Nebraska. Easy Drive.it was sufficient to get a great nights sleep and a shower, unfortunately if you are a very early riser good luck finding anything open. You have to wait a couple of hours to find nourishment!

We were treated with utmost respect and warmth. The entire place was clean, bright, refreshing and comfortable. Although there were many events ongoing throughout the town, Sunrise did not raise their prices. We will be back. Lovely, practical - Best!!!

It was quiet.
Rooms clean, staff pleasant
This was a very nice hotel for our overnight stay. It was very clean, and the price was just right. I do not recommend getting a room near the exit doors on the 2nd floor because every time someone goes in or out the door rattles your whole room.

Top Tips
- Expand your accommodation options by searching Council Bluffs (20-30 minute drive) or Omaha, Nebraska (30-40 minute drive), since Percival has limited hotels. Compare daily rates and availability before booking during high-demand periods.
- Driving times from hotels to local attractions can range from 20 to 40 minutes; verify current road conditions, especially off-season, as rural routes may experience closures or delays. Use your hotel's concierge or mapping apps for real-time updates.
- Large Omaha or Council Bluffs events can drive up rates and sell out hotels up to several months ahead. Discover event calendars and reserve rooms early if traveling during major festivals or sports tournaments.
- Prepare a backup for mobile connectivity, such as a cellular hotspot or pre-downloaded offline maps, as coverage may be inconsistent in rural Iowa, including Percival. Ask at check-in if your hotel provides complimentary Wi-Fi or tech support.
- Some rural Iowa businesses may accept cash only or have limited card facilities; carry $15 to $50 in small bills and a backup payment method. Hotel front desks can often provide change or cash advance services, so confirm availability when you arrive.
- Explore local hospitality by booking a farm stay or bed and breakfast within 10-20 miles for an immersive Iowa experience. Major hotel brands nearby may also partner with local farms for breakfast options, so ask about local-sourced menus.
- Check the schedules for Iowa’s rural events or festivals, as rates may spike during these periods in nearby hotels. Compare flexible rate plans from major chains to avoid non-refundable bookings around peak dates.
