Hotel employee at the front desk was very helpful with information about the city and where to visit.
Good hotel for the price. I liked that the breakfast was incluse.
The location is great, in the arts district, close to several good coffee shops and plenty of walking and biking trails nearby. Broadway is any easy thoroughfare to take straight into main part of town. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

They hot breakfast was delicious and the room was very spacious and clean
The staff was very friendly and help full when asked. I am disabled and don't wear shoes as an accommodation, and usually get harasses, and lied to about imaginary laws or regulations that require shoes, but here everyone was friendly.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to rooms and ample parking.
This hotel has excellent amenities: sauna, hot tub, bar with draft beers, wine, and espresso, cute snacks like smores kits to use over the outdoor gas flame fire pits, and more. The themed design was cute but not too over the top.

Very homey feel; large rooms with historic architecture walking distance to Pearl Street where there are many fantastic restaurants and shops. Staff was great and reception, pie night, and breakfast were the frosting on the cake!! Also loved no kids.
It was beautiful but the best part was the complimentary wine-and-cheese in the lobby by the fireplace. It gave us a chance to meet the other guests (who were great)! The lobby had a great roomÃÂ feel to it with lots of board games and comfy furniture

Well located for where we needed to go.
After a nice dinner at a find Italian restaurant, only had to go 1.4 miles to your Marriott. The checkout at noon was the kicker as our late evening arrival allowed us to get caught up on sleep.

Top Tips
- Boulder sits at 5,430 feet (1,655 meters); allow 24 to 48 hours to acclimate and drink an extra 0.5 to 1 liter of water daily on arrival to reduce fatigue and sunburn risk. Hydration stations are common in hotel lobbies and fitness centers, and travelers with chronic health conditions should consult a physician before arrival due to elevation effects.
- Budget 45 to 75 minutes drive time from Denver International Airport (DEN) to Boulder, or 60 to 90 minutes during peak hours or ski season congestion. Shuttle and rideshare options are available for guests without a car; check with your hotel’s front desk or concierge for real-time traffic updates or shuttle booking.
- If staying downtown, request a room facing away from Pearl Street or a higher floor (4th or above) to reduce noise from live performers and events that run until about 23:00. Many hotels offer white-noise machines or earplugs on request for light sleepers.
- Book 60 to 120 days in advance for hotels during CU Boulder football weekends, graduation, move-in periods, or the late-May and early-June Boulder Creek Festival, as rates often double during peak times. Joining hotel loyalty programs may provide early access to reservations or better rates.
- Verify on-site parking fees before booking; downtown Boulder hotels often charge $20 to $40 per night, which can exceed advertised room savings. Confirm availability of accessible or EV charging spaces, and consider nearby public garages that sometimes offer lower rates.
- Check for regional wildfire smoke in late July to September by monitoring local AQI via AirNow, and ask hotels about HEPA filters or window-sealing options. Some properties offer in-room air purifiers that can benefit sensitive travelers.
- Request secure bike parking or storage when booking if you plan to cycle, as theft risk for bikes left at street racks can be significant. Many hotels also partner with local shops for bike rentals and tours as a safer option.
- Confirm typical Wi-Fi speeds or request a wired Ethernet connection when booking for remote work, as shared hotel Wi-Fi can get congested during conventions. Ask about business center hours or dedicated workspaces for increased productivity.
- Boulder's municipal water is safe to drink; use hotel refillable bottle programs or carry a reusable bottle to save money and reduce waste. Many hotels offer complimentary reusable bottles or designated water-filling stations in line with sustainability initiatives.
- If you have sensitivities, request hypoallergenic bedding in advance and confirm deep-cleaning practices, as older Boulder properties may use feather pillows or cedar furnishings. Some major hotel chains offer PURE rooms or hypoallergenic cleaning, and many travel-planning apps list allergy-friendly features for Boulder stays.
