The Poconos on the Pacific The staff is amazing. Rose, Alex, Anthony, Elsa, (the young gentleman who ran us towels), Ron (Johnny-on-the-spot maintenance with the smallest issues), more I can’t recall, all, superbly trained at the customer level. Kudos.
