Exceptional attention to the details that make a difference. Very clean and meticulously maintained. Lovely amenities. Small intimate property. Landscaping, courtyard, spa, pool area, roof top deck were all wonderful. Welcoming staff. Although we love children, the over 21 vibe made for a relaxing, restorative stay.
The property is well maintained, beautiful ambiance, lush garden and amazing architecture and deco. It has a home from home atmosphere and feels you are inside a little secrets garden. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had a really relaxing quite time in the garden, by pool, on the Hammack, and in the jacuzzi. Loved the quietness and sanctuary of adult only facility. The bike short ride to downtown scene was just as amazing and great adventure..

We got a suite and it was very clean, comfortable, set up well for three people, and well-stocked with anything we would need to do basic cooking, eating, etc. The pool/hot tub area was clean. Plenty of pool towels and chairs available. We enjoyed the gym too! The neighborhood is very peaceful and close to some great hikes. Abundant free covered parking. Easy check-in. Free laundry! I would definitely stay there again! Great place for families!

Our experience at Twin Palms Resort was absolutely outstanding. I have never stayed at a hotel where every single detail was just perfect. Every employee was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast and lunch provided were varied and absolutely delicious. I’ve never had such a restful vacation.As a germaphobe, I was amazed by how pristine and spotless the hotel was—it felt completely clean and sterile. The hotel and amenities are brand new. We used the jacuzzi and pool, and they were fantastic. The bedroom was very spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained.We also took advantage of the free bike rentals and enjoyed a scenic bike ride around Palm Springs. Special thanks to Boomer and Adam for their exceptional customer service, as well as to every single staff member who made our stay so enjoyable. We even met other couples who were super friendly.Twin Palms has officially become my go-to vacation retreat, and I can’t wait to come back!
Loved this hotel! Amazing staff, facilities, pool, jacuzzi, location and clothing optional was a huge bonus. Great added extra with free breakfast, lunch, unlimited soft drinks and pool snacks. Despite it not being an all-inclusive, it certainly felt like it. Can’t wait to revisit.

Very nice place to stay. It was quiet, clean, comfortable beds and very helpful friendly staff. Close to a very good restaurant, Billy Reeds. Which the lady checking us in recommended.
There are two swimming pools (one salt water and the other heated) and two jacuzzis. It was reasonably quiet except during the night when the pool music never turned off.

Loved how clean and good the hotel smelled. The ambiance was great. The pool area and service was great. The drinks were delicious. Overall a great hotel experience.
The staff was very friendly, especially concierge Gordon who went above and beyond. The hotel has a beautiful pool and my kids loved playing in the main pool and the children’s wading pool. The big sandbox next to the children’s pool was a fun touch. Rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable! We had what we needed.

Clean and good location
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is well decorated and they have a thoughtful display of items you can buy. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was a generous with a lot of lounge chairs so we never had to worry about getting a chair. Location is also perfect. It was so quiet and restful. Plus, they brought breakfast every morning in a little straw basket which I thought was absolutely adorable.

Exceptional attention to the details that make a difference. Very clean and meticulously maintained. Lovely amenities. Small intimate property. Landscaping, courtyard, spa, pool area, roof top deck were all wonderful. Welcoming staff. Although we love children, the over 21 vibe made for a relaxing, restorative stay.
The property is well maintained, beautiful ambiance, lush garden and amazing architecture and deco. It has a home from home atmosphere and feels you are inside a little secrets garden. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had a really relaxing quite time in the garden, by pool, on the Hammack, and in the jacuzzi. Loved the quietness and sanctuary of adult only facility. The bike short ride to downtown scene was just as amazing and great adventure..

The location was good. you need a car to stay here. The breakfast was excellent. Waffles, juice, fruit, all kinds of bagels and rolls, croissants, eggs (hard boiled), breads, wonderful coffees and teas. Happy hour in the afternoon with wine, beers, nuts, snacks. The pool was right outside our door. Great firepit, BBQ, sun chairs, towels. Everything clean and neat. Blanca , the manager, is a gem. She is on site daily, and is happy to provide you with anything you need. It is a peaceful haven where you can spend hours quietly, enjoying the sun and the birds and beautiful flowers.E

What a wonderful place for a getaway in the sun! Continental breakfast available by the pool in the morning, and an option to order a box lunch for delivery if you're going to lounge around for the day. Close enough to downtown to walk if that suits you. Beautiful pool, hot tub, and firepit area. And the opportunity to freely be in some gay adult space was welcome. What more could you ask for when you need to escape a busy life or a cold grey winter for sun and palm trees?
The hotel is amazing, clean, renovated, all excellently kept up. The staff is beyond amazing and friendly. They provide you with additional services all day long at no expense and try to make sure you feel as amazing as possible! Free parking available, AC amazing, room was amazing big and just wow.

Our experience at Twin Palms Resort was absolutely outstanding. I have never stayed at a hotel where every single detail was just perfect. Every employee was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast and lunch provided were varied and absolutely delicious. I’ve never had such a restful vacation.As a germaphobe, I was amazed by how pristine and spotless the hotel was—it felt completely clean and sterile. The hotel and amenities are brand new. We used the jacuzzi and pool, and they were fantastic. The bedroom was very spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained.We also took advantage of the free bike rentals and enjoyed a scenic bike ride around Palm Springs. Special thanks to Boomer and Adam for their exceptional customer service, as well as to every single staff member who made our stay so enjoyable. We even met other couples who were super friendly.Twin Palms has officially become my go-to vacation retreat, and I can’t wait to come back!
Loved this hotel! Amazing staff, facilities, pool, jacuzzi, location and clothing optional was a huge bonus. Great added extra with free breakfast, lunch, unlimited soft drinks and pool snacks. Despite it not being an all-inclusive, it certainly felt like it. Can’t wait to revisit.

First off: the staff are fantastic. They were friendly, accommodating, communicated well before the trip (I needed a late check-in), and provided me a free room upgrade when capacity allowed.The facilities are nice. The pool area is cute, available all hours, clean, and comfortable. The wifi was fast, free and never once went down.The free coffee machine grinds beans to order, makes a variety of drinks, and is available 24/7.Some reviews have complained about the road noise (which is definitely present), but I feel clever mitigating efforts have been made such as a water feature that masks much of the noise. But certainly, if you're a sensitive sleeper, consider this factor.

The location was good. you need a car to stay here. The breakfast was excellent. Waffles, juice, fruit, all kinds of bagels and rolls, croissants, eggs (hard boiled), breads, wonderful coffees and teas. Happy hour in the afternoon with wine, beers, nuts, snacks. The pool was right outside our door. Great firepit, BBQ, sun chairs, towels. Everything clean and neat. Blanca , the manager, is a gem. She is on site daily, and is happy to provide you with anything you need. It is a peaceful haven where you can spend hours quietly, enjoying the sun and the birds and beautiful flowers.E

Very friendly and helpful staff, from the housekeeping to registration, everyone was great. Several times they had wine and chocolate tasting in the lobby. They even offered root beer floats one afternoon. The pool was a perfect temperature and offered both lounges for sun bathing and shelter for reading. The location was also great for shopping and walking.
The location is good, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the cleanliness was great, the rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this place and we will go again.

Our experience at Twin Palms Resort was absolutely outstanding. I have never stayed at a hotel where every single detail was just perfect. Every employee was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast and lunch provided were varied and absolutely delicious. I’ve never had such a restful vacation.As a germaphobe, I was amazed by how pristine and spotless the hotel was—it felt completely clean and sterile. The hotel and amenities are brand new. We used the jacuzzi and pool, and they were fantastic. The bedroom was very spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained.We also took advantage of the free bike rentals and enjoyed a scenic bike ride around Palm Springs. Special thanks to Boomer and Adam for their exceptional customer service, as well as to every single staff member who made our stay so enjoyable. Loved this hotel! Amazing staff, facilities, pool, jacuzzi, location and clothing optional was a huge bonus. Great added extra with free breakfast, lunch, unlimited soft drinks and pool snacks. Despite it not being an all-inclusive, it certainly felt like it. Can’t wait to revisit.

Clean and good location
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is well decorated and they have a thoughtful display of items you can buy. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was a generous with a lot of lounge chairs so we never had to worry about getting a chair. Location is also perfect. It was so quiet and restful. Plus, they brought breakfast every morning in a little straw basket which I thought was absolutely adorable.

Exceptional attention to the details that make a difference. Very clean and meticulously maintained. Lovely amenities. Small intimate property. Landscaping, courtyard, spa, pool area, roof top deck were all wonderful. Welcoming staff. Although we love children, the over 21 vibe made for a relaxing, restorative stay.
The property is well maintained, beautiful ambiance, lush garden and amazing architecture and deco. It has a home from home atmosphere and feels you are inside a little secrets garden. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had a really relaxing quite time in the garden, by pool, on the Hammack, and in the jacuzzi. Loved the quietness and sanctuary of adult only facility. The bike short ride to downtown scene was just as amazing and great adventure..

Location is amazing. Place has quite a vibe. Beautiful interior of our suite. Well decorated. Clean. Exterior is gorgeous with little villas and beautiful landscaping and pools.
The location was great. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The best part of the trip was Edgar and Dutch, two employees there. They were AMAZING!! I was traveling with a friend and my expectations for luxury were a little higher than we experienced when we arrived. Those two made sure our stay was still wonderful!! They switched us to a moreComfortable room, spent time addressing our concerns. I have never had better customer service!

We can't describe enough how nice Staisa & Ana were. We had a nice conversation with both of them. They explained everything to us and they even suggest us few places to visit. The hotel is extremely nice.. you can't get enough of it.. they even have Netflix that was a nice surprise.. Super comfortable bed, very nice decoration that makes you feel even more relaxed.Very clean, spacious bathroom, water and ice 24/4.Nice homemade breakfast.

The hotel was absolutely breathtaking, the facilities were insane, the attention to detail was something I haven’t experience before. Our experience at Twin Palms Resort was absolutely outstanding. I have never stayed at a hotel where every single detail was just perfect. Every employee was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast and lunch provided were varied and absolutely delicious. I’ve never had such a restful vacation.As a germaphobe, I was amazed by how pristine and spotless the hotel was—it felt completely clean and sterile. The hotel and amenities are brand new. We used the jacuzzi and pool, and they were fantastic. The bedroom was very spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained.We also took advantage of the free bike rentals and enjoyed a scenic bike ride around Palm Springs. Special thanks to Boomer and Adam for their exceptional customer service, as well as to every single staff member who made our stay so enjoyable. We even met other couples who were super friendly.Twin Palms has officially become my go-to vacation retreat, and I can’t wait to come back!
Loved this hotel! Amazing staff, facilities, pool, jacuzzi, location and clothing optional was a huge bonus. Great added extra with free breakfast, lunch, unlimited soft drinks and pool snacks. Despite it not being an all-inclusive, it certainly felt like it. Can’t wait to revisit.

What a wonderful place for a getaway in the sun! Continental breakfast available by the pool in the morning, and an option to order a box lunch for delivery if you're going to lounge around for the day. Close enough to downtown to walk if that suits you. Beautiful pool, hot tub, and firepit area. And the opportunity to freely be in some gay adult space was welcome. What more could you ask for when you need to escape a busy life or a cold grey winter for sun and palm trees?
The hotel is amazing, clean, renovated, all excellently kept up. The staff is beyond amazing and friendly. They provide you with additional services all day long at no expense and try to make sure you feel as amazing as possible! Free parking available, AC amazing, room was amazing big and just wow.

Great location very near to downtown
Loved how clean and good the hotel smelled. The ambiance was great. The pool area and service was great. The drinks were delicious. Overall a great hotel experience.
The staff was very friendly, especially concierge Gordon who went above and beyond. The hotel has a beautiful pool and my kids loved playing in the main pool and the children’s wading pool. The big sandbox next to the children’s pool was a fun touch. Rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable! We had what we needed.
