The hotel is close to the Christmas party we were attending. We had stayed there before and liked it but we will look else where next time.
The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. They maintained a warm and friendly environment at every interaction.
The hotel itself was ok.The rooms are large and clean but for a handicap rm, it was on the 3rd floor farthest from the elevator, then in the rm, the microwave, the coffee maker, faucet and toilet were all broken. Maintenance would come til tomorrow

It was filthy! Floor had not been swept or mopped recently. Used soap in the shower with a fresh bar. Sink stopped up on me just running water. Cable TV went offline at 10pm. Inquired about internet and there was no code, anyone could use it so I didn't.
Bathroom and parking. Friendliness from desk girl when checking out. Very good attitude

Room was clean and recently updated. Bed was comfortable and the tv and air conditioning worked. Not much more I can ask for.
The location was excellent since it allowed easy freeway access and had a variety of restaurants and retail sites within just a few minutes of driving. It¿s somewhat off the beaten track, surrounded by office complexes, so it¿s quiet.

Top Tips
- Book your Dublin hotel 2-3 months in advance for events like the St. Patrick's Day Parade or local tech conferences; rates typically rise by $15 or more, with standard rooms often $15 but surging past $15 near event dates. Confirm your event dates using official city calendars before finalizing your booking.
- Expect a 14-16% transient occupancy tax in Alameda County, which adds $15 to most hotel bills each night. Use booking platforms with taxes included to view your total cost upfront and avoid surprise charges at check-in.
- Select hotels within 0.5 miles of the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station to reach downtown San Francisco in 45-50 minutes by train, bypassing major traffic on I-580. Confirm BART schedules if planning late returns as service decreases after 9 PM.
- Ensure your hotel offers Wi-Fi speeds of 50-100 Mbps, standard in the area and suitable for video calls or streaming. Request a room away from event or meeting spaces to reduce noise for remote work or rest.
- Prepare for Dublin's winter (November-February), when rainfall averages 10-15 days each month. Bring waterproof outerwear, as local hotel climate control may focus on heating rather than humidity reduction. Inquire about in-room ventilation or drying options if traveling during the wet season.
