The Springhill Hotel has one of the best free breakfast of most hotels in its class. the serve a variety of fruit, vegetables and vegan items. But, if your're looking for a traditional american breakfast, the Springhill has it and more. Outstanding!

Room was visually attractive, designer colors, faux-granite countertops. Sliding glass door to balcony - nice for fresh air and light..
I didn’t like anything about this hotel. It was dirty, there was mold inside of the bathroom and things were broken in the room. I also sent a request for more coffee to be sent to the room and it was never sent

The location and breakfast buffet
In the morning before I left my room, I had asked the staff to do my room while I was gone. I was back much later than expected - late at night. My room was in the same shape as I had left it in the morning. Apparently SOME staff do not care!

Top Tips
- Hotel rates in Arcadia often increase by 30-100% during Santa Anita Park racing events and major local festivals. To secure lower rates, book 2-6 weeks in advance for weekends that align with these events. Use early booking features or hotel rate calendars to monitor price changes.
- Many Arcadia hotels require paid parking, typically $15-30 per vehicle per night. Confirm parking rates and any valet service with your hotel before arrival to avoid unexpected charges. Accessible parking spaces are available at most major chains.
- Select hotels within 0.5-2 miles of Huntington Drive for quick access to the Los Angeles County Arboretum & Botanic Garden and a range of restaurants. Walking is possible, or a rideshare generally takes 5-10 minutes. Many hotels offer walking maps and can assist with rideshare arrangements on request.
- Arcadia’s diverse Asian community means many hotels and restaurants provide Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking staff and culturally familiar breakfast options. If you need language support, list your preference in the booking notes or contact your hotel directly for bilingual front-desk assistance.
- Public transit in Arcadia is limited after evening hours. Budget 20-50 minutes and expect higher fares for rideshares to central Pasadena or downtown Los Angeles late at night. Hotel concierges can help book reliable transportation or provide shuttle schedule details where available.
- Some Arcadia hotels add mandatory resort or facility fees of $5-20 per day, which may cover Wi-Fi, printing, or business center use. Review amenity inclusions when booking and confirm accessible features if needed for your stay.
- Hotels near the I-210/Foothill Freeway offer direct road access, but can have more ambient noise. Travel along Foothill or Huntington Drive can slow by 10-25 minutes at rush hour toward Pasadena or major freeway connections. Request a quiet or upper-floor room when booking to minimize traffic noise.
