- Microwave wouldn't heat anything I ate cold soup but later wanted to make my popcorn and called the front desk and had to go to the main area and use the microwave there.
- cleanliness amenities-the rooms were dirty/unclean. Sheets and comforters had stains. Microwaves in the rooms did not work. Ice machine was out of order. Water and ice offered at desk for a fee.
