Pinn Road Inn and Suites Lackland AFB and Seaworld

Room was quite and clean. Employees were friendly.

Quiet, large room and comfortable bed.

Check in was frustrating, employee seems overwhelmed with “registering me” in the system “I had prepaid” the entire process took about 22 mins. Being extremely tired from road travel this was very off putting. Employee had cell phone to his ear the entire time NEVER once explaining what the hold up was.

Room was clean. Sheets were clean and comfortable. Not too far from downtown. Ac worked well. Like that liquid handsoap was available. Tv

The bathroom had a slightly odd smell. Pillows were clearly used quite a bit and lacked support/fluff. The main light in the room did not have a cover on it. The light was very harsh.

It was very easy to get to the 90 freeway, close to several restaurants, 15 minute (or less) drive to downtown. The place was very cozy, I felt safe on the night, very illuminated parking lot. I had a mini fridge and a microwave, the bed was comfortable, the room was very spacious. The breakfast is very basic (cereal, milk, juice, coffee, tea, pastries and toast) but good.

I have this issue with most places. It wasn't very clean. Even than the surfaces and floor feel clean (the room smells good), I had to clean with my disinfecting wipes (I travel with a kid) everything(doors knobs, switches, microwave, fridge, doors, bathroom), I'm a little bit crazy with that.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

Neighborhood was very sketchy. Breakfast non-existent. SHeets were VERY thin, Price WAY TOO HIGH for quality hotel. Needed to be painted and refreshed.

Looked old from the outside but nice and clean once i got into my room.

The pots and pans were a little dirty.

Room was generally clean and bed was comfortable. It was a nice size and had a full kitchen.

The room was pretty run down for the price. Pillows were flat.

They have really cleaned the place up. We love the kitchenette that has everything. Staff very friendly and accommodating. we stay every time we go to San Antonio. right on bus route to downtown Riverwalk. VFW right across the street. Very convenient for us.

The rain

Rooms and bathrooms very clean. The room was nice and large, and because of the cinder block walls I couldn’t hear my neighbors. Yay! There were two tables that could be used for suitcases, a chest of drawers, a great lounge chair, and a nice long mirror in the sleeping area. Also no sirens or audible commotion in the neighborhood. So it was a very quiet stay.

Very outdated and sparse furnishing. And not the best quality except for the lovely lounge chair. The neon lighting was a bit harsh, it all the bulbs worked!
