Location. Close to parks , stores and other locations
Noisy, Room had peculiar smell, like sweat. Our bed was broken and felt like had bedbugs because enough me and my husband felt bites during the night.

The location was excellent. Gary at the concierge desk was awesome and very knowledgeable (and so funny).
The guest rooms were a little stinky and outdated. Our AC unit was very loud and was leaking on rug (room 521). Also the round table by window was broken. The refrigerator in room 519 smelled awful. And the pillows smelled like mens cologne. The staff was pleasant enough, some more so than others. Would suggest having more luggage carts available. I had to go searching floor by floor upon check in.

The hotel is very nice, obviously refurbished from an older building and that shows in the rooms, but generally clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast was good (cost extra). Amazing price for the quality and location, just a couple minutes from Disney World.
The room we were in had some issues with the faucets of the sink and shower, they were obviously old and need to be replaced. The ceiling had some lines in it from where a leak probably occurred at some point. The carpet could use some love, it looks dirty and beat up in the room and halls. However, I had no issues with overall cleanliness, and the beds seem newer and clean. For the price it’s better than I expected.

We enjoyed the spacious room. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet overall. Staff were helpful and courteous. The gym is nice as well.
The pool in the deeper end was dirty, filmy, and could have been cleaner. The hot tub was broken and didn’t appear to be working anytime soon. The parking costs $25 a night!!! That was beyond ridiculous to me. They own the parking lot so paying twice to stay in a hotel seems very unreasonable.

The breakfast awesome. Great location. Near to Disney and Universal Studios. The staff was very polite. I highly recommend this hotel.
