- Check in was frustrating. There was a language barrier. Absolute apathy from attendant. TV did not work AT ALL. TV Remote batteries dead. Inserted my own, still no TV. Couldn't get TV to turn on. Couldn't get cable box to turn on.
- Check-in very friendly, but very time consuming. Was also the other time I stayed, so this is procedure issue and not staff issue
- Hopefully they can provide breakfast when the pandemic eases up.

The staff especially hotel employee are exceptional & accommodating. The hotel suite is a nice size and very comfortable. The location is accessible to all food restaurants/coffee shops.
Hopefully they can provide breakfast when the pandemic eases up.
