- Location, location, location!!! It was right in the heart of all of the Old Quebec action.
- Everything. The location is 100% perfect - easily walkable to/from anywhere in Old Quebec / Chateau Frontenac / Petite Champlain area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond. This is what hotels should aspire to be.
- Great location! Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons -
- Could have more affordable food options. For example the price for breakfast at the restaurant affiliated with the hotel were a bit high.
- About the only thing I can come up with is that the lobby is not on the main floor of the building - rather on the second floor and accessible from an elevator tucked into the back corner of the main floor.
- The room was a bit small but that doesn¿t matter much.

Location
Arriving after 6 p.m. the front door was locked. Eventually I saw an intercom on a side wall. Steps at the front door are steep, making it difficult to handle luggage. The side door at sidewalk level also had an intercom, but did it not work, or maybe the
