It was close to the train station

This was the WORST hotel experience. The customer service was aweful. The rooms were dirty and smelled like smoke. There Only 2 outlets in whole room. Shower curtain is clings to you and smells like urine. Front desk was rude and changed the price

Fantastic service at the very late check in after a diverted flight. A fun library and pool table for my child despite it being a hotel predominately for it’s professional location.

A place to shower and...

It was no clear sign of the hotel as it’s hard to finding the place, when I check in , I told reception we paid for 2 night because my father passed away , then find out in the morning no refund for the second night ,

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, near public transport and easy to get to the airport and Brussels center.

The previous time the hairdryer wasn’t working and I had to go to another room to dry my hair after showering. This time I didn’t have any towels in my room at check-in (around 6pm). The breakfast buffet was very small, limited and not worth the price of 17€. Orangejuice tasted like water with a bit of yellow color. Warm buffet was only scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and bacon I guess but it was already empty at 8.45 (breakfast is until 9.30). During the breakfast there were two employees arguing which was disturbing.

The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly; breakfast was okay. The proximity of the hotel to the train station is convenient to travelers who take public transportation.

We arrived after midnight and tried the heater but was not working; we were too tired to ring the front desk (we didn't sleep well because it was cold). The next day the day staff checked it and confirmed it was broken; they provided a small portable heater which was loud and did not heat the room; they should have changed our room but they did not offer. However, on that 2nd night the night staff changed the small heater to a much quieter and more modern portable heater; so on the second night we were able to sleep. The bathroom, although looked clean, smelled like it was not cleaned properly because of the smell of urine on the floor. Also, breakfast was only up to 09:30; most hotels' breakfast lasts until 11:00 or 11:30. It should be extended up to 11:00. There was an exception though on 25 Dec.; breakfast was up to 11:00 so we did not rush in the morning considering that we weren't able to sleep well the night before.

Staff was very friendly

The walls are very thin. I could hear every sound from the neighbouring room and from smokers outside (I was on the ground floor). Rooms and overall interior is very dated

Very neat and clean and free coffee and tea in the room is good .

Closing Restaurant time is very early. 21:30

It worked for us as it was close to the airport, and we could park the car for free.

The first room we were offered had not been cleaned, and the bed linen had not been changed,The second room we were offered had also not been cleaned. The bed seemed to have been made but there was a 20cm wide stain on the frame. The carpet was covered in stains and the curtain was hanging off the rail. Great place, very nice and helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast, excellent food. Very nice dinner selections, too. Clean room and bathroom. Close to the airport.
