Spacious room, comfortable beds.
The infrastructure in the room was decaying. Wasn't well taken care of.The breakfast was alright, but not great.

It was the perfect location for an event at the State Farm arena! The hotel itself was really nice and the staff had excellent customer service. Had complimentary breakfast and a social hour in the evening! This hotel was just what my group of friends needed!

This hotel was exceptional! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was great. Lacked a little seasoning but overall was great.
Although the valet parking was helpful, it felt kind of rushed when youre unloading and having to check in.

We were just in town for the night to see Beyoncé (which was absolutely amazing!), and this hotel was perfect for our stay. Clean rooms, super friendly staff, and a smooth check-in. Would definitely stay again!

the valet at this location will try to scam you into paying for overnight parking even if you don't want it. they will tell you they don't have room or time for you unless you utilize the $55 overnight parking.

Desk staff was friendly. Rooms clean. View. Location was great. Willingness to resolve the concerns I had while staying there.
The breakfast. Unfortunately the pancakes that they warmed up had mold on them. I’m glad I noticed it before I ate it. Seeing that ruined the rest of the breakfast for me so I never went back after the first visit. I didn’t like that even though what I requested was not fulfilled upon check in, however after complaining about the floor being excessively wet and soaking my socks, I was able to speak with management via a text service feature that they have and they moved me and my daughter the next day…was too tired after the drive to move that night.

The complimentary evening reception and breakfast was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and the staff was polite, professional, and helpful.
