- The evening staff were horrible and I also felt I was being disseminated by the evening staff who was on duty that day. When I checked in, that individual at reception was amazing but evening staff unprofessional, didn't have proper knowledge.

Overall, the customer experience (check in/out, cleanliness, airport shuttle) met my expectations.
Most hotel outside of center cities offer free parking. I wish they would too. I was surprised. My fault for not paying attention when I booked. Also, it is a little tricky to get to the hotel.
