Pros +
- Staff were friendly and helpful overall and the rooms generally comfortable.
- All the staff are so friendly even though we cannot speak German. Its super clean and beds were super comfortable- important when you have just flown for 24 hours. The area is so beautiful and relaxing.
Cons -
- Definitely not a hotel for families with young children. Some guests were clearly intolerant of young children and we were subjected to verbal abuse by one particular group of guests at dinner time.
