- Super nice staff, great location - 4 minute covered walk from the sky train to the airport or downtown, really clean.
- Nothing particular
Cons -
- I could hear people leaving their rooms in the morning. I am a very light sleeper and any sharp noise jolts me awake so this is partly on me. Even at home I have a fan going loud for white noise.
- We were put too far from the elevator and ice machine. Had no water bottles in the complimentary tray and no robes in the closet.
- Room not clean but when employee :-)

Sometimes we had issues finding where the valet stuff were. Also, it was very frustrating that the breakfast buffet was closed.
