- The staff of the hotel are very polite and accommodating. We felt our safety of our stay. The room is wonderful and clean.
- Very conveniently located in Canmore. No fuss parking, 5-10 minutes walking to downtown Canmore and 10-20 min driving to Banff.
- The staff were accommodating and arranged for an early check in for our stay. The rooms were bright, clean and nicely appointed. The shampoo, conditioner and cream were very nice quality.
Cons -
- Free breakfast should have been offered as has been experienced in Europe and us.
- Small bathroom and sink area. No drawers or cabinets.
