- As there is no room service the hotel should offer brewed coffee in lobby for paying guests . Was unaware restaurant/ lounge opened early. There should be information for guests regarding this also as there is no coffee shops or restaurants nearby.
- This hotel wasn¿t special. Staff was not friendly. We heard conversations from ppl in room near us.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The shuttle service was an added bonus. The room was clean and had a lovely view of Victoria Harbour.
