- I truly enjoyed the cleanliness of the room when I first checked in, it was nice smelling and not a bad layout. The location on the main road into Banff was great and near two of my favorite restaurants. The pool was fantastic also.
Cons -
- We were traveling with another couple the room they got for the same price that we paid was larger. After a hassle we were upgraded. There were no safes in the room.
- Needed to pay for parking.
- I didn't enjoy the very small spiral staircase and the fact that you had a one way only entrance to the parking area or lobby. Only two small handicap parking stalls on the premises.

Great customer service from the front desk. Interesting room with character and a neat spiral staircase with a loft. Would absolutely stay here again.
The hotel does open to the outside which is usually a deal-breaker for me as a woman traveling alone. The exterior areas could be a little better lit. But, overall I felt safe, especially once in my room or while walking in the daylight.
