- Felt ripped off when I received my visa bill and found that I had to pay USD for a Canadian hotel. And...this was found in the fine print. Shame on you for such a deceptive protocol.
- Smelly room, old toilet, very dirty TV remote with dry food or whatever was there and we did return the remote right away to the in duty staff, washroom ceiling peeling paint from what must have been water damage and more
