- - extremely slow elevators - pool and restaurant close too early - would have liked a shower cap in my room THIS DID NOT EFFECT ME, but if you are reading this and cannot sleep through loud traffic, do not get a room facing onto Portage.
- The location People around hotel/ having to ask security for access to pool
- It felt a bit slummy. There were always people loafing around the front doors. Everything felt a bit dated. Hot water was slow to come, bathroom was not well lit, no wall outlets for charging my phone, keys didnt work in the doors without a couple tries.

The breakfast option was amazing
