- Staff that have been trained for great service. The customer is always right.
- The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and it was close to location that I was visiting.
- The amount of space in the loft rooms !! Pet friendly
Cons -
- The wing chair in the room was soiled and should be either cleaned or removed
- I don¿t like that only smoke rooms are pet friendly. I have a son that¿s allergic to smoke and we have pets. I think that the hotel should be pet friendly for none smokers also.
- I hated the room it was not worth --- and i will never stay there again.

I'm so absolutely not happy at all it was dirty ..so old and mostly everything in the suite was broken .. there was a major party below us with screaming and yelling and fighting till all hours in the morning g I checked in at 11:30pm and the room very
I hated the room it was not worth --- and i will never stay there again.
