- This hotel was in the heart of an entertainment district. There were also great views of the city and harbour.
- Great comfy suite with a view! Exceeded my expectations. The location is also great - on a bus line, easy walk to main downtown area, and food options nearby. Would love to stay again.
- They were open to free upgrades for anniversaries depending on occupancy rate
Cons -
- There is no dedicated unloaded area directly in front of the hotel. It looks like a storefront that happens to be over 20 stories tall connected with the other store fronts on a busy street.
- The kitchen knives need to be sharp and have a decent set of real life ones. A bent chef knife and a paring knife are not suitable for a full kitchen situation. The coat closet is near impossible to use due to its clearance. Front desk was rude at times.
- Hallways and elevator were cramped, room occupant before us was a smoker, or room smelled of smoke, parkade was dingy, small balcony
