Pros +
- Great location with lovely staff.
- Rooms were big, nice tv's and the beds and pillows were very good. Showers and washroom were nice as well.
- The room was big and the beds were comfortable.
Cons -
- There was no soap in the bathroom, only body wash. We called to ask for some, but it was never provided. The fitted sheet was also on inside-out - not a big deal, but I would expect more attention to detail for 4-stars.
- Hot tub - why put a residential hot tub in a hotel. The thing could only hold 4 people before risk of over flowing. Glass ware in the rooms. Plastic is lame. This is a "4 star" hotel, I shouldn't have to ask for glassware to have a happy hour cocktail.
- The buffet was very limited.

Perfectly good hotel, nice location, paid for a room, stayed in the room, no complaints, no superlatives.
Pool area was a little underwhelming, hot tub was out of commission for the first day.
