The common areas were great.

There was no hot water late in the evening, and the heater was somewhat noisy.

Elevator doesn’t go to 3 lvl and on other sode of buildings where my room was so i have to take elevator to second floor then cross the bridge which is stairs then take stairs to lvl 3 with all my suitcase 🤦🏻‍♂️

The room balcony’s were dirty as well as the sliding doors dirty with bugs. Should be cleaned more regularly by the looks of it.

There was a wedding so we heard music until about 1 AM. There¿s a lovely green space behind the hotel with a path it¿s excellent for walking the dog. They didn¿t mention it when we checked in and they really should tell people. Overall, great experie

Proximity to a National Park

On a 3 night stay, house keeping was not done. After 2nd night house keeping requested at desk. Mid afternoon it hadn't been done, so we inquired again and they declined to provide house keeping. Asked for a manager and told the "GM" will be in on Monday.

Location one room has no lock and hot water , not a good service

The pool area was filthy. The floor had basically mud on it. And there wasn’t ever towels.

I would like to know, why if the price agreement was ----, full price, I got charge $ ----. I'm not happy about that.

The amenities were fun.

It wasn't worth the money I spent on the room. I expect better service, working WiFi and better food. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing & were unpleasant. Food was expensive and awful. For $-- a night I'd expect better.

It is great for a family as it has the indoor playground, badminton and basketball courts and pools on site. Rooms have a mini fridge and microwave so you can bring your own meals to save money.

The billiard tables are expensive (coin-op) and there is no continental breakfast offered. Also, it is a $10/room/day charge to use the water slides.

Great pool with water slides for kids. Indoor playground with slides and rock climbing walls, indoor basketball, ping pong, badminton court. Lots to do to entertain kids!

Breakfast was not included, and the food at the buffet wasn't wonderful.

it was entertaining for the kids and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and had tons of knowledge if needed.

no elevator to the third floor. we had to walk up and down the stairs several time in heat ( staircase was not air-conditioned) asked to be closest to the pool. we were visually three flights up a maze of hallways away.

Yes. The water slides were not open from 10:30am -2pm on Saturday. This seems crazy as Saturday is a very busy day. Also there are no changing facilities for after checkout while using the pool and none of the public restrooms had a baby changing station

The rooms were clean and the play areas and pool/water slides were awesome!! The children had a great time. Liked the fact that there were lifeguards on duty in the water area.

a) there should be stairs going from all the floors directly into the atrium so that people do not have to go into the interior hallway before being able to go into the play area. b) should be tables/chairs on the balcony area overlooking the atrium

We had an amazing stay! My kids had a blast and we are definitely coming back. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was great. So affordable too!
